What are your customer service hours?
Our customer service hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 AM - 9 PM. You can call us or send us an email for any questions or assistance.
How can I obtain a hospital bed or crane through EOPYY?
- Material Search: Visit the EOPYY website to see the list of available beds and cranes.
- Obtain a Prescription: Request an electronic prescription (EKPY Benefits Prescription) from your doctor. Have it stamped by a medical examiner at IKA or a public hospital.
- Submit Documents: Bring the stamped prescription and photocopies of your booklet to Biomed.
- Receive Material: If the documents are correct, Biomed will send you the material or you can pick it up from our location. If there is a co-payment, pay the amount first. Biomed will cover the remaining amount from your fund.
